Our menu.
All our pizzas are approximately 12”, hand-stretched and freshly made to order, using our slowly proved dough and our own recipe sauce. We have been making our dough daily to our own recipe since 2012, using organic, stoneground flour and our lovely sourdough starter. Gluten free bases, vegan cheese and smaller 7" pizzas are available on request.
We proudly celebrate the richness of our wonderful county, naming our pizzas after local mines and using Cornish suppliers and fresh, local and seasonal ingredients as much as possible, including vegetables, tomatoes and salad leaves from Goonown Growers’ community garden in St. Agnes; Cornish Chillies; Duchy Charcuterie; Cornish cheeses; and products from other local suppliers. Our fresh, free-range meat is Cornish reared, purchased from the village butcher, and cooked freshly in our kitchen to our own recipes. We make our fresh pizza dough daily using lovely, organic flour from the South West.
During this difficult time, like many hospitality businesses, we have been having problems sourcing some ingredients. Please be aware that we may need to substitute ingredients without notice, and we may occasionally not have the specific, key ingredients for some of our pizzas. If this is the case, we will suggest a suitable alternative pizza. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We do get extremely busy in the summer and other peak times, so please order well in advance. You can place an online order up to 6 days ahead.
